Step 7: Patient Discharge or Inpatient Admission

• Guests settle the prescription payment at the cashier counter.

• The client proceeds to the pharmacy counter_ submits the prescription_ and waits to receive medication in sequential order.

• The clinical pharmacist dispenses the medication and provides comprehensive, dedicated guidance on administration.

Note: Should admission be clinically indicated, the physician will prepare the hospitalization record. The nursing staff will then assist the client through standard admission procedures.
